University of 麻花视频 Fairbanks Summer Sessions and Lifelong Learning is hosting more than 40 free lectures, concerts and events this summer. Here鈥檚 what鈥檚 happening during the week of June 22-28:
- On Monday, June 22, the Fairbanks Tall Timbers interview series will honor Peggy Carlson, literacy advocate. The interview is at 7 p.m. in the BP Design Theater.
- On Tuesday, June 23, the Healthy Living lecture series will host Michael Flanagan, personal trainer, discussing 鈥淧ersonal Health Training: How to Get Started and Advance.鈥 The lecture is at 7 p.m. in the BP Design Theater.
- On Wednesday, June 24, the Discover 麻花视频 lecture series will feature Rachel Cohen, assistant professor of library science, presenting 鈥淔rom Myths to Maps: Imagining 麻花视频 Through Rare Works at the Elmer E. Rasmuson Library.鈥 The lecture is at 7 p.m. in the BP Design Theater.
- On Thursday, June 25, the Music in the Garden concert series will present South Cushman Social Club at 6 p.m. and The Glam Faction at 7:30 p.m. at UAF鈥檚 Georgeson Botanical Garden.
All events are free and open to the public. Parking on the UAF Troth Yeddha鈥 Campus is free after 5 p.m.
